Debating Values and Criterion

Military conscription is unjust
Value: Justice
Value Criterion : Justice is way of life. With justice people would run around doing whatever they wanted not caring who is being attacked.
Daphney: justice is fairness. We fought for hundreds of years for fairness and equality for all. So why should we not want fairness to all countries/states.
Attack: Yes. But not all justice is fair. Even though we have fought for hundreds of years for fairness and equality we still do not have it.
